Severe Cyclonic Storm Phethai is likely to move north-northwestwards and cross Andhra Pradesh coast around Kakinada today afternoon. However, due to unfavourable environmental conditions, it is likely to weaken slightly before landfall and cross coast as a cyclonic storm.
