Many parts of the peninsula have continued to receive convectional rainfall during late evenings, the well-known signature of June. This activity is expected to increase in the coming days aided by sea breeze and convergence in the interiors. Most reservoirs in the state have gone dry and high hopes continue for a surplus summer monsoon this year.
