Cyclonic storm “Nada” over South West Bay of Bengal has weakened into a Deep Depression and is further expected to weaken as it makes landfall over North coastal TN, south of Cuddalore and close to Karaikal in the early hours of Friday, 2nd December.
Moderate to heavy rains are expected to continue over interior regions of TN and isolated showers over North coastal regions. Squally winds would prevail along & off TN and Puducherry coasts till Friday evening.

Coimbatore – Overcast morning and chance of showers over the region. Day max will continue to hover around 30 degrees.
Madurai – Generally cloudy with a odd shower or two. Day high of 32 degrees.
