Yesterday’s well marked low over NW Madhya Pradesh, has weakened further and moved towards Rajasthan. Rainfall has begun to reduce in Rajasthan and Gujarat.
As the trough in mid level is dipping in latitude, this is bringing down the atmospheric temperature. Since the atmospheric temp is lower than normal, this is allowing the surface level warm air to rise upward rapidly, and this causes the air pressure decrease with increase in altitude, due to which the density of air increases and this is creating more moisture in the atmosphere. This causes atmospheric instability.
