The trough/weak closed circulation over South TN and Comorin sea continues to persist. A strong deep layered sub tropical ridge centered over North West India continues to compress air leading to warm and dry conditions across most parts of the peninsula. Numerical weather models indicate similar conditions to continue through the rest of this week and beyond.
