Southwest monsoon is getting fired up as monsoon winds are expected to gain more momentum in the coming days. The Monsoon is expected to advance further into remaining parts of south Arabian Sea, Kerala, coastal & south interior Karnataka, Rayalaseema, some more parts of Tamil Nadu, north Bay of Bengal & remaining parts of Northeastern states during next 3-4 days due to this monsoonal surge.
As for Tamil Nadu, few of the interior districts might get scattered Thunderstorms mainly along the Ghats area. Meanwhile Thunderstorm accompanied with gusty winds are very likely at isolated places over Gangetic plains, Odisha and Madhya Maharashtra.
