Moderate to rather heavy rain is likely to occur over coastal areas of South Andhra Pradesh and Coastal areas of Tamil Nadu including Pudhucherry.<\/p>\n<p>Chennai can receive intermittent rain and sky will be overcast today.<\/p>\n<p>Another trough of low persists over South West Bay of Bengal and extends upto 1km above Mean Sea Level.
