Delta likely to get heavy showers. The rains maybe intermittent and in spells and it may peak at nights. Initial forecasts suggest a Dry Diwali with isolated light showers but we will have to wait and watch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Overall there are promising signs of a system developing over SW Bay around the 2nd week of November which is likely to be a stronger system. The consensus on the movement and intensity is still unclear.
