The trough of low over South West\u00a0 Bay near Srilanka has merged with the another trough of low over South East Bay of Bengal and adjoining South Andaman sea.It has moved westwards and lies over southwest Bay of Bengal and surrounding area. As other supporting weather conditions are not helping this system as of now, LPA formation is stalled and doubtful .Combined trough over Bay is expected to move further westwards and pour heavily over the north coastal areas of Tamilnadu including Chennai ,north Interior Tamilnadu and Coastal Andhra Pradesh today. Further heavy to very heavy rain is expected over Northern Tamilnadu for 3 days.<\/p>\n

Rain\/Snow would occur at isolated places of Jammu & Kashmir and Himachal Pradesh.
