SWM has been vigorous over Telangana and Coastal Andhrapradesh, with a low pressure area over west central Bay in vicinity. SWM is active over Uttarkhand, Vidharbha and Assam &amp; Meghalaya. Minimum and Maximum temperatures are above normal at many places over Himachal Pradesh, Punjab including Tamilnadu, while it is below normal at many places over Telangana and Coastal Andhrapradesh.
