Substantial band of rain formed over the interior districts bringing downpours daily to the parts of northern\u00a0 and interior districts.<\/div>\n<div>Even though this is welcome rain for many, however for many farmers it wouldn&#8217;t be enough to make up for what hadn&#8217;t fallen over the past few months.<br \/>\nToday, parts of Northern districts including Chennai may witness some rain in the evening\u00a0 or night.
