The Upper air Cyclonic circulation over NW Bay of Bengal persists with a tilt South West wards. Rainfall is likely at many places in Central India, Eastern plains, Northeast, North-West and also the West coast of India with markedly heavy spells in a few places in Northeast India and plains of West Bengal.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally the trough of low extending into coastal Andhra and South coastal TN is expected to dip down further.
