With no active synoptic systems to generate large scale deep convection and precipitation, the sub-continent is currently in a so called weak\/break-Monsoon like phase. Decent magnitude monsoon rains are to be confined to the western Himalayan states of Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand and parts of Jammu and Kashmir.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, TS all set to continue in most parts of TN.
