The Southwest monsoon is set to withdraw further in the next few days thru the remaining parts of Central, West India and also some parts of the East. Despite the uncertainty in the North east monsoon onset, the Interiors continue to enjoy thunderstorms, with many stations clocking above 200 mm of rainfall this October.<\/p>\n

A low pressure area is likely to develop over East-central Bay around 15th of October. Meanwhile the spell of thunderstorms in the interior parts of south peninsula including TN would continue for the next few days.<\/p>\n

Trichy<\/strong> \u2013 Cloudy day with a high of about 32 C. Chances of few thunderstorms by evening.<\/p>\n

Madurai<\/strong> \u2013 Cloudy with mercury settling around 32 degrees. Isolated thundershowers are possible during the day.<\/p>\n

Coimbatore<\/strong> \u2013 Mostly cloudy with highs settling at 32C. Spotty showers through the day.<\/p>\n
