Under the influence of favorable large scale conditions, arrival of the monsoon is expected to be slightly ahead over the Indian mainland. The prevailing low pressure area in the Arabian Sea is expected to start intensifying and move in a Northerly direction. No impact to the subcontinent is expected at this time.<\/p>\n

Numerical models indicate the possibility of another low in the Bay of Bengal, though there is currently no consensus on the intensity and path. Meanwhile, thundershowers are expected to continue over the interiors with increased chances for isolated showers near North coastal areas.<\/p>\n
