Indian summer monsoon (South West Monsoon) on a roll, has managed to cover the entire country much ahead of its schedule and thus completing a fairy tale run much to the delight of weather watchers across the nation. Heavy to very heavy rains are forecast across NE states like Assam & Meghalaya, Uttharakhand and Coastal Karnataka. Precipitation likely over Arunachal Pradesh, Sikkim, UP, Punjab and pockets of Kerala.<\/p>\n

Moving down south, seasonal weather is expected to be firmly in place with isolated showers to expect over Nilgiris and Coimbatore district. North coastal TN to remain warm with a fair possibility of evening thunderstorm over isolated places.<\/p>\n

Chennai<\/strong> – Warm and humid with highs of 36 and lows of 26. Chance of a sharp showers in the evening.<\/p>\n

Coimbatore<\/strong> – Pleasant and windy with highs of 32 and lows of 22. Chance of a passing showers in the vicinity.<\/p>\n

Madurai<\/strong> – Hot and sunny with highs of 39 and lows of 28.<\/p>\n

Trichy<\/strong> – Hot and windy with highs of 38 and lows of 28.<\/p>\n

Vellore<\/strong> – Sunny and hot with highs of 37 and lows of 27. Isolated thunderstorms possible.<\/p>\n
