Sea conditions will be rough along west coast. A fresh low pressure area(LPA) may form over north Bay of Bengal and neighbourhood around 19th of this month.<\/p>\n<p>Seasonal windy weather with scattered evening thunderstorms possible in Tamil Nadu.
