Weak easterlies have set in over Bay alongside a trough which prevails from South West Bay of Bengal to east Central Arabian sea cutting across Comorin area and Interior TN. Scattered Thunderstorms will break out in west interior TN by noon and covering wide areas by evening. Coastal areas stands a chance to witness stray showers after a bright sunny start and higher humidity levels will prevail mimicking premonsoon conditions. Parts of Kerala will witness scattered rains.<\/p>\n

South East Arabian sea is also under watch for a strong system in the coming days. Withdrawal of South West Monsoon is on track as it is all set to cover remaining\u00a0parts\u00a0of Rajasthan,\u00a0some\u00a0parts\u00a0of\u00a0Punjab,\u00a0Haryana\u00a0(including\u00a0Delhi),\u00a0Uttar\u00a0Pradesh,\u00a0Madhya\u00a0Pradesh\u00a0and some\u00a0more\u00a0parts\u00a0of\u00a0Gujarat\u00a0&\u00a0north\u00a0Arabian\u00a0sea in next 24hrs.<\/p>\n

Chennai<\/strong> – Warm and very humid with chance of a shower in early morning. Temperatures will settle at 34\/26C.<\/p>\n

Vellore<\/strong> – Very warm and sunny with very less chance of rains. Day time highs will settle for 35C. Night will be comfortable at 25C.<\/p>\n

Trichy<\/strong> – Very warm and clear skies will prevail with max of 36C and min of 26C. No chance of rains.<\/p>\n

Madurai<\/strong> – Comfortable day with partly cloudy skies and chance of a shower late. Day high of 34C and lows of 24C is forecast.<\/p>\n

Coimbatore<\/strong> – Slightly warm day with a chance of a thundershower late. Mercury will settle at 33\/23C.<\/p>\n
