The Low pressure area over Jharkand and adjoining Odisha is likely to weaken into a circulation and is likely to give much needed rains to parts of South Madhya Pradesh and Gujarat. Due to the active monsoon over Central India, the thunderstorm formation over Tamil Nadu might be inhibited, leading to a dry phase for the next few days for most of TN and South AP.
The off-shore trough runs along the Coast from Gujarat to South Maharashtra and will cause some heavy rains along the Western ghat areas. Karnataka and Kerala will continue to see muted rains. Weather Models are expecting a minimal circulation to cross the Coast of Odisha on August 8th.
