Partly hazy and cloudy skies along with humid weather conditions will continue to prevail across much of Tamil Nadu. Coastal regions will be dotted with a relatively more low level clouds post noon with slight breezy conditions on and off. Meanwhile, parts of central and adjoining peninsular India along with some isolated places in Assam will experience Thunder-squalls or Hail storms later in the day. The extreme north and north western parts of the country will also experience partly cloudy skies and slightly above normal temperatures as it was the case in the past few days. A Western disturbance is seen close to areas bordering Afghanistan and Iran and an induced cyclonic circulation is seen close to west Rajasthan and the adjoining Pakistan. Under the influence of this disturbance isolated showers could precipitate along the foothills of the western Himalayas.
