As usual on the first day it was raining everywhere from Nagai to Kela with most places recording 10cm and above. Unfortunately the rain lovers of core Chennai city were left disappointed, as it was case of, “So near yet so far.”
As they say there is always light in the end of tunnel, Chennai may soon get a widespread spell.
KTCC may get a widespread spell this weekend. The places between Pondy and Rameswaram will continue to get very heavy spells for next 2 days.
As per various weather agencies next 2 weeks look good for active NEM in TN.
