Thunderstorms likely to continue over North TN

The UAC (Upper Air Circulation) over west central & adjoining southwest Bay of Bengal off South AP & North TN coasts is seen persisting and likely to take shape well near North Andhra coast in the days to come as per numerical weather prediction. Under its influence thunderstorms activity is likely to continue over North Tamilnadu and South Andhra Coast.
The East-West Shear zone is seen at 12.0 N this is likely to bolster good Monsoon conditions along North Kerala, Karnataka, Goa coast. With a feeble off shore trough brewing parallel to West Coast, Monsoon will remain active over the above places. Meanwhile scattered to isolated rains would continue over pockets of west and North TN.
City Outlook:
Chennai: Partly cloudy skies leading to a comfortable day.. Maximum will hover around 33 degrees and minimum around 25 degrees with an evening Shower.
Coimbatore: Another pleasant day on cards. Few scattered clouds around. A maximum of 32 degrees and minimum of 22 degrees with one or two passing showers.
Madurai: A warm and humid day likely. A chance of a shower or two over the area. Day high of 36 degrees and a low of 26.
Trichy: Partly cloudy skies. Day to remain warm with a high of 35 degrees and a low of 25 degrees.
Vellore: A lovely morning would prevail. Chance of grey skies around with rain showers around. A high of 34 degrees and a low of 24 degrees likely.
