Simmering Weather to stay for a while

Tamil Nadu continues to be dazzled by hot seasonal weather as we march relentlessly towards the peak summer season. Most parts of Tamil Nadu would continue to be dry today. Only places near the Ghats in Southern and Northwestern districts might have occasional thunderstorms. A few places in Southern coastal areas too might catch some rains.

Meanwhile the Gangetic plain and Northeastern states would be bombarded with thunderstorms and possible hails. Parts of Maharashtra, Karnataka & Kerala would also witness thunderstorms.

Andaman Islands today would be having heavy rains with squally winds due to an evolving Low pressure system in the Andaman seas which is expected to fizzle out by moving into Burma as predicted by Keaweather a fortnight ago.
