Bay watch continues
Low pressure area over South Andaman Sea is gaining strength as a likely depression and is seen moving west- north westward direction. This is expected to strengthen further and become a deep depression and subsequently a tropical cyclone in the next 48 hours.
Isolated showers expected over parts of Tamilnadu today. Western coastal area of Kerala would experience medium to rather heavy rain in the next 24 hours.

Chennai – Partly cloudy and pleasant. Max temperature may settle around 30 c. Light showers over parts of city.
Vellore – Partly cloudy with maximum temperature of 31 c.
Madurai – Partly Sunny and pleasant. Maximum temperature would settle around 31 c.
Trichy – Partly cloudy with light shower over region. Max temperature would be 31 c.
Coimbatore – Partly cloudy and little warm. Maximum temperature might settle around 32 c.
