Dry and cold conditions to Prevail in TN
Dry and cool weather will blanket the entire Tamilnadu today. A feeble trough is present over southeast Bay of Bengal and adjoining south Andaman sea. Fog patches may prevail in many interior areas. While state is heading for a severe drought-like situation, only north east monsoon resurgence in the end of the season would help the situation better.
