Dry and Hot day ahead for Tamilnadu

Tamil Nadu to witness a hot day with temperature rising upto 38-39C in the interiors, while pleasant weather is expected to prevail over coastal Tamil Nadu with the easterlies dominating.
Thundershowers may occur at isolated places of Northeast India. Rest of the country to remain dry.

City Outlook:

CHENNAI – A warm day with temperature rising upto 33-34C followed by a pleasant night with temperature dropping to 25-26C.

VELLORE – Hot day with temperature between 36-37C and a minimum temperature around 23-24C.

COIMBATORE – A day high of 35-36C and a low of 24-25C likely.

MADURAI – A hot day with temperature touching 38-39C and nighttime temperature around 26-27C.

TRICHY – A day with max. temperature of 39C and minimum of around 25-26C in the night.
