New Low Pressure forms in Bay

Low pressure has formed over South East Bay of Bengal early this morning. It is expected to become more well marked over the next 24 hours. Most models are expecting this to become a cyclone and target Andhra Coast. We need to wait and see if Chennai can get any rains from this.
