North Tamil Nadu continue to have Thunderstorms
A feebler trough across Tamil Nadu from Rayalaseema to Comorin area is present . Also an Upper Air cyclonic circulation over south east Arabian still persists. These atmospheric conditions likely to induce a Light to moderate rain or thundershower over parts of Chennai city and moderate to rather heavy rain over many places of north interior districts of Tamil Nadu today . Chennai and North Tamil Nadu coastal districts can expect a heavy wet spell over this week end out of this present weather conditions. Patchy rains also possible over isolated places of central interior Tamil Nadu and parts of southern Tamil Nadu districts.

Coimbatore-Partly cloudy with a chance one or two shower in the afternoon . Max Temperature may settle around 31 ° C.
