Rains To Reduce In Tamil Nadu

The recent spells of rain across many parts of the state are likely to relent as the remnants of cyclone Nada move away into the Arabian Sea. Despite this, a shower or two could occur at isolated places in the coastal regions of Tamil Nadu, southern Andhra Pradesh and Kerala. The extreme southern peninsula is likely to experience highly humid weather leading to an excruciating afternoon. Later in the day, showers could occur at one or two places in the interiors of Tamil Nadu.

From the recent rains from cyclone Nada, the attention shifts to the developing system in the Bay of Bengal which is projected to develop into a cyclone of decent intensity.
