The trough of low at Mean Sea level over equatorial Indian Ocean and adjoining Southwest Bay of Bengal off Srilanka coast persists. This is likely to bring isolated rains in Southern parts of Tamil Nadu & Puducherry. However, wide spread rains remains elusive and over all restrained North East Monsoon is witnessed for southern part of India as of now.
Dense fog is very likely at isolated places over Assam & Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram and Tripura. Rain or snow is very likely at isolated places over Jammu & Kashmir and Himachal Pradesh.
