Thunderstorm to continue over North Tamilnadu and heavy wet spell likely during week end
A feebler trough over western coast and an Upper Air cyclonic circulation over Maldives and & adjoining Comorin Area persist. Light to moderate rain or thundershower is likely to occur over parts of Chennai city and moderate to rather heavy rain is expected over isolated places of north interior districts of Tamil Nadu today. Chennai and North Tamil Nadu districts can expect a wet spell during this week end. Patchy rains also possible over isolated places of central interior Tamil Nadu today.
