Scattered thunderstorms likely over North Tamilnadu

The Upper Air cyclonic Circulation  is prevailing over  north coastal Andhra & South Odisha and adjoining west central Bay of Bengal. Scattered medium to strong thunderstorms will be possible once again for today, Saturday and Sunday over North west, north interior and parts of North coastal Tamil Nadu. Light rain or thundershowers is likely to occur in some parts of Chennai city and can expect wet spells on week end. Patchy rains also possible over isolated places of central interior Tamil Nadu.

Vellore – Mostly  cloudy with maximum temperature of 33° C and has bright  chance of  thundershowers in day/evening.

Madurai – Mostly cloudy  with maximum temperature of  34° C. Suburban may have scattered rain

Trichy – Partly cloudy and warm .Max Temperature would be around 36° C.

Coimbatore – Mostly cloudy with a chance of  a thunderstorm in the evening/night. Max Temperature would be hovering  around 32° C.
