All Eyes on the North East Monsoon as Easterlies creep in
As the monsoon is tracking further southward, a moist bout of easterlies is expected shortly over the east coast of the peninsula. A couple of weather circulations in vicinity, would cause an increase in the tenacity and depth of easterly flow over Coastal TN and parts of AP. Numerical models indicate that the precipitation would increase gradually in a day and sustain through the rest of the week for parts of coastal TN, Coastal Andhra and extreme south TN. The interiors too could receive light to moderate rainfall in the days to come.
