Another relatively dry day on the cards in TN

It is expected to be another day of low key activity with respect to the precipitation in the state barring a few places, however increased thunderstorm activity may happen in a day or two. Above normal temperature is possible in some parts especially of west and northwest TN . A soar in the temperatures  could happen close to weekend, where more places could touch above normal maximum temps.

City Outlook:

Chennai – A  warm and sunny day with the daytime high hovering around 35-36 degrees.

Coimbatore – Day will remain warm and sunny with the maximum around  37/38 degrees.

Madurai – A sunny day on cards with maximum temperature touching 38C.

Trichy – Temperature to soar like to touch 38 /39 degrees.

Vellore – A day with a mix of sun and clouds, day maximum around 38/39 degrees.
