Calm weather conditions will persist

Weather across India including south peninsular region will stay calm with regards to weather. Maximum and minimum temperatures will stay more or less near normal across many places. Whereas, in north India, minimum temperatures will continue to remain above normal across many places with moderate to dense fog situations expected around the morning hours. A western disturbance as an upper air circulation close to north Pakistan and adjoining areas will bring cloudy weather to the higher reaches of western Himalayan region and would fade away gradually making way for another one by 14th of this month. Computer models indicate a probable rain spell across peninsula after 20th, a scenario needs a wait and watch.

Chennai: A delightful morning on the cards. Day time temperatures to be in the vicinity of 30 degrees C. Minimum should hover around 20 degrees C.

Coimbatore: Azure blue skies around the region, a chilly morning and remaining pleasant through the day with a max of 29 degrees C. A nippy night with a minimum of 18 degrees C.

Vellore: Foggy morning to begin with. Day promises to be clear with a max of 30 degrees C and turning cold during the night with a minimum of 17 degrees C.

Trichy: Abundant sunshine and staying clear through the day with a max of 31 degrees C. Nights to remain cooler with a minimum of 20 degrees C.

Madurai: A gorgeous morning, getting slightly warmer as the day progresses. A max of around 31 degrees C and a relatively cool night with a minimum of 21 degrees C.
