Fair and Settled Weather to continue in TN
The North-East monsoon has entered into a lull phase and the anxious wait for the crucial monsoon showers continues. But by mid November, relief in the avatar of an easterly wave is expected to trigger a rainy spell resulting in moderate to isolated heavy rain across the ghats and southern parts of the state. Till then, dry settled weather with sunny days and cool nights to persist for most parts of the state.

Chennai – A Sunny day leading to a pleasant night with a high of about 32 degrees and a low of 22 degrees.
Coimbatore – A Partly cloudy day followed by a cool night leading to a high of about 31 degrees and a low of 20 degrees.
Madurai – Mostly Sunny with some passing clouds during the day. Max of about 32 degrees and a low of 22 degrees.
Trichy – A Partly sunny day leading to a high of about 32 degrees and a low of 23 degrees.
Vellore – A Bright and Sunny day leading to a cool night. Max of about 33 degrees and a low of 20 degrees.
