Festival of lights to eclipse the insipid weather in TN
As the festival of lights brings joy and hope, the wait for the north east monsoon continues, however there is a glimmer of hope of the onset before end of the month. The low pressure that persists over Bay of Bengal is expected to consolidate and move further North west, reaching North AP/South Orissa coast as per numerical models.
Conditions are favourable for further withdrawal of the monsoon and the axis to position itself well and truly inside southern peninsula in the next week. Isolated showers in the would continue for the next couple of days in TN and Rayalaseema.
Kea Weather blog wishes weather bloggers and enthusiasts a very Happy Deepavali!
