Flooding downpours likely to return

Upper Air Cyclonic Circulation over SE Bay of Bengal is likely to intensify into Low pressure by today and will move westwards toward SW Bay by tomorrow. This is likely to bring Heavy to Very Heavy Rainfall over Isolated places of Coastal TN, Coastal Andhra and in one or two places over interior TN from tomorrow. Rainfall intensity is likely to increase in subsequent 24 hours.
