No significant weather change expected across peninsular India
Currently various parts of the peninsula are facing summer-like conditions due to the weakening of moderating easterlies.
Similar conditions are expected to prevail on Tuesday as winds continue to blow from South-South West. Numerical models indicate a low developing across peninsular areas of Andhra and adjoining Karnataka which will strengthen back the easterlies slightly reducing the unusually warm conditions during the latter part of the week. Extreme warm air prevails over parts of Rayalaseema and there is a possibility of cities like Cuddapah and Kurnool touching the 43 degrees mark. There is a possibility of isolated mild showers in southern parts of Kerala mainly along the coast.
