South & Central Interior Tamil Nadu to witness medium to rather heavy rain
Prevailing Western disturbance and an Upper Air Cyclonic Circulation over Arabian Sea off Kerala coast would induce moderate to heavy rain over parts of south, western, central interior Tamil Nadu. While moderate rains are expected in several interior parts of the state, a few places of South Tamil Nadu may experience heavy rainfall. The weather condition is likely to be the same for a few more days in those areas. Chennai city may experience dry weather for at least next 4 to 5 days.

Trichy – Mostly cloudy with a chance of few thunder showers. Maximum temperature may touch 35°C.
Coimbatore – Mostly cloudy with moderate rains. Max Temperature of 31°C.
