Warm and Humid day ahead for TN

Warm and humid conditions will continue to dominate the weather across Tamil Nadu. High and medium level clouds will cover some 5/8th Octa parts of the sky making situations for the Sun to play some decent hide-and-seek with sunshine across many places in the peninsular subcontinent. A trough in the easterlies runs from Konkan and Goa upto Gujarat coast and at the same time a series of upper level cyclonic circulations continue to prevail aloft central and east India. As a result, some isolated hail and Thunderstorms likely to affect Madhya Maharashtra and Vidharba.

Chennai will experience a warm and humid day with day time high reaching 33 C

Madurai will experience hot day conditions with day time maximum touching 35/36 C

Vellore will also have a warm day ahead with maximum temperature reaching 34 C

Trichy to see a sunny day with maximum temperature expected to hover around the low to mid-thirties.

Coimbatore will see a warm day with maximum settling close to 33 C
