Balmy weather conditions set to continue over TN
The trend of pleasant mornings and slightly warm afternoons is set to continue over the state of TN. Meanwhile, the low pressure over Tanasserin & adjoining Andaman sea persists resulting in isolated showers over Andaman & Nicobar Islands.
Interior regions of the state could see a dip in minimum temperatures while Nilgiris continue to experience nippy nights. Ground frost likely to continue over the blue mountain regions.
Up North / North West and North east, dense to moderate fog is expected to engulf the regions resulting in poor visibility.
City Outlook:
Chennai: Another day of near normal temperatures over the area. A cool and balmy morning with a high of around 30 degrees. The minimum should be in the vicinity of 21 degrees C.
Coimbatore: Seasonal weather in store over the district. A high of 32.5C and a low of 20 degrees to expect.
Madurai: A relatively cool morning with the minimum temps in the sub 20 mark. Day highs will hover around 32 degrees.
Trichy: Almost identical conditions like Madurai set to continue over the region. Cool morning followed by a slightly warmer noon. Temperature to peak at 32 degrees.
Vellore: Clear to partly cloudy skies through the day. A high of 31 and rather cool night / early morning at 17 degrees.
