Coastal TN under alert as Cyclone Mandous to make landfall tonight

Cyclone Mandous is expected to make landfall btw Pondy and Mahabalipuram by tonight (around midnight.) .
Next 24hrs Heavy to very heavy rains likely in KTCC. Few places might get extreme rains. Sustained winds at the time of landfall will be around 70 to 80km/hr and gusts may reach 100km/hr.
