TN to see a Warm Saturday

The slow moving depression over Jharkhand and an UAC over Haryana are embedded in the monsoon trough running from Punjab to Northeast Bay of Bengal. These features are likely to cause heavy to very heavy rainfall in isolated places over MP, Chhattisgarh and East UP. Heavy rain likely at isolated places over West Bengal, Assam, Meghalaya, Uttarakhand, Haryana, Delhi and East Rajasthan.

Isolated places over interior and Coastal TN are likely to see light to moderate thundershowers in the evening/night. Warm and sultry weather is likely to prevail over most parts.

Madurai – Hot weather to prevail with a partly cloudy sky. Chance of thundershowers in the evening. High of 37 degrees and a low of 26 degrees.

Tiruchirapalli – Maximum of 37 degrees and a minimum of 25 degrees. Evening/night thundershowers possible.

Vellore – Warm weather with partly cloudy skies. Maximum of 36 degrees and a minimum of 27 degrees. Thundershowers possible in the evening/night.
