Isolated rains to continue across parts of TN

A Trough of low continues to persist in the South West Bay of Bengal and the neighboring Sri Lankan region. Under its influence light rains to continue in parts of South Tamil Nadu during the next 24 hours and would gradually reduce. In association with this trough, moderate to rather strong surface wind speeds will continue to persist along South coastal TN and the seas surrounding these areas. Rest of TN will stay predominantly dry with partly cloudy conditions. Day and night time temperatures across most parts of TN will stay close to normal. Meanwhile, in the rest of India parts of western and central regions will experience a drop in minimum temperature in the days to come.

Coimbatore – A gorgeous day with periods of Sunshine  a max of 31 degrees Celsius. A comfortable night with a minimum of 21degrees C.

Vellore – A pleasant morning getting warmer by the day with a max of 31 degrees C and getting cooler towards night with a minimum of 20 degrees C.

Madurai – Scattered cloud cover with a max of around 31 degrees C and a minimum of 23 degrees C.

Trichy – Few patches of clouds over the area. A max of 32 degrees C and a pleasant night with a minimum of 22 degrees C.
